Easy Return, Replacement and Refund Policy
As ChesaDental values our customers experience when shopping with us, we offer easy exchanges and refunds/returns. We understand that if the order did not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a refund/replacement as long as your reasoning meets ChesaDental’s return policy conditions.
Any inquiries with regards to this policy can be addressed to our Customer Support. Do make sure that all return policy conditions are met and you have all the necessary information at hand prior to contacting us to make it easier for us to assist with your return/refund.
14 Days Easy Return
ChesaDental offers easy exchanges and refunds/returns for the benefit of our customers. Items sold and shipped by ChesaDental can be returned, exchanged or replaced (if the item is available) within 14 days after the date of delivery. We have a convenient returns procedure, as long as the product purchased is not in the non-exchangeable and non-refundable brands & items listed below. However, you will have to ensure that you submit a report for returns at ChesaDental website within 48hours upon receiving the products. Any delay to this timeframe will invalidate the 14 days Easy Return policy and regretfully, your request for return will not be entertained.
The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. A return and replacement can only be requested if the following conditions apply:
1. Damages/Defective Products *
Defective item and/or does not work properly per description in product sales page.
Product is damaged upon delivery due to insufficient packaging by seller or courier mishandles the product.
* Applies to all products except for branded electronic products and mobile phones. For branded electronics & mobile phone products, kindly refer to product warranty card terms and conditions.
2. Product does not match or incomplete
Product received is missing parts or accessories which were supposed to be included as advertised.
Wrong product is delivered to Buyer by Seller
3. Product different from description
The appearance or description of product received by buyer is different from product sales page. Discrepancies in size, colour etc unless stated by the supplier during purchase.
4. Genuine Product concerns
Items received are counterfeit products that carry specific brand names and are confirmed to be fake or a copy of original items.
5. Expired products
A product received is past expiration date at the time of delivery. Products such as cosmetics, packaged foods and other type of perishables included.
Requirements for a valid return:
1. Original Packing
All items must be in actual packaging as received during delivery.
2. Tags & Labels Attach
All returned items must have all tags and labels attached in the original condition.
3. In New & Unused Condition
Items are expected to be in their original and unused state.
4. Full Accessories
All accessories received with the item have to be included during return, including all free gifts that were sent.
5. Proof of Purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.)
The purchase receipt or other necessary documents is required to serve as confirmation that item has been fully paid for and purchased from a particular seller. Include Printed Shipping Label and ChesaDental Tax Invoice in each return package box
The Process for 14 days Easy Return (How To)
Buyer must request for return product within 48 hours upon receiving goods and it is compulsory for buyer to fill up the online returns form.
Buyer to pack and seal the goods properly and securely. Goods must be in new and unused condition with full accessories including free gifts if any.
Buyer to print out consignment note and drop off the product to our nearest courier service office within 14 days after the date of delivery of goods/products.
Upon receiving the products, will check and verify the products within 48 hours. If all the requirements are complied with, ChesaDental will proceed to refund or process a replacement product.
For replacement product, the seller will ship it out on the next working day after receiving the returned product.
For the refund process, the amount will be transferred to store credit which will take 24 hours. If a request for money back transfer has been made, it will take approximately 3-5 days for the amount to be transferred back into the given bank account.
Do note that all the process time in days are based on working days
Please note that due to concerns related to hygiene and packaging, certain items/products are classified as non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. This is directive from seller.
If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective you can contact our ChesaDental Customer Support.
Items That are Non-returnable
All open and registered mobile phones and mobile accessories unless damaged.
All electronics category products unless damaged
ChesaDental Gift card are not returnable
All Grocery category items are non-returnable with exception for expired items only
Pet supplies food, harnesses, aquarium supplies, pet shampoos/ conditioners
Lingerie, innerwear, undergarments, worn or soiled clothing’s
Beauty (head, face, body, hands, feet)
Hairspray, hair tonic, shampoos, hair conditioners, styling gels, hair colours, facial cleansers, face moisturizer, face cream, make up set, lipstick, lip balm or gloss, eye care products, deodorants, shower gel, bar soap, body shower, body lotion, fragrances, hand wash, feet wash and etc.
Wind instruments, Harmonica, mouth organ
Flammable liquids or gases
Personal hygiene cleanser, oral care, personal grooming products like shavers, hair remover and epilator, panty liner, sanitary pads..etc
Breast pads and shields, breast milk containers, nursing covers, baby grooming products, baby wash, shampoos, skin care, wet wipes, diapers and nappies, soothers and teethers, feeding related products like bottles, bottle sets and feeding teat.
Change of Mind Policy
At ChesaDental, we do not accept change of mind return request once the products have been shipped out.
However, cancellation may still be entertained if the products have yet to be shipped out. This varies from product to product depending on seller and type of product.
You may click the button of cancellation through your ChesaDental account and the cancellation will take effect immediately.
Once cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed through either transfer to store credit or bank account (optional).
For the refund process, the amount will be transferred to store credit which will take 24 hours. If a request for money back transfer has been made, it will take approximately 3-5 days for the amount to be transferred back into the given bank account
